Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara a State owned university in Kogi State Nigeria was established as the 51st State University in Nigeria on the 10th November, 2020. It is located along Okene- Kabba Road about 19km from Lokoja. The university operations first started in Lokoja in December, 2020 with the pioneer Vice Chancellor Engr. Professor Salawu Sadiku and his Management Team.
Confluence University of Science and Technology (CUSTECH), Osara located along Okene- Lokoja, about 19 km from Okene and 44 km from Lokoja started lectures on the permanent site at Osara on the 15th of June, 2021 with 235 students, the first set of students admitted into the university. The university started with the following 12 programmes;
